01HIPAA Support

Voice Admin is built to support HIPAA-regulated workflows for healthcare enterprises. We will enter into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with covered entities and business associates where required.

02No Training on Customer Data

We do not use customer content, including PHI, to train our AI models. Customer data is used solely to provide, maintain, and secure our services.

03Secure Infrastructure

We apply industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest and follow a least-data approach. Our infrastructure meets enterprise-grade security standards.

04Access Controls

We enforce role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication to restrict access to systems that may process customer data.

05Monitoring & Incident Response

We maintain continuous security monitoring and a documented incident response process. In the event of a security incident affecting customer data, we notify customers consistent with our contractual obligations.
